If you already have diarrhea, then massaging the abdominal area is not a good idea.

i tried it and the only thing that came out was a humongus ammount of gas and i have diarrhea so it did not help and it made my explosive diarrhea way way worse now going every ten minutes helps with gas and explosive diarrhea
