Thank you for this comment. I am so very pleased for you that you can now enjoy your life headache free. Yes! if people only knew just how simple it is to cure this and many other health problems there would be a revolution. The drug companies have been making vast profits from people such as you for far too long. It has to stop!

i have had migraines for years now they are terrible ! they are ruining my life really! the thing is , is that i get migraines from everything running , heat , excercise , lack of caffiene ect. they won’t stop i had an mri but it showed nothing everything that was prescribed for me doesnt work ..
i go to the doc but he can’t do anything and its killin my grades any ideas?

there is certainly a correlation between nutritional deficiencies and headaches, people who constantly consume sugar and suddenly stop may experience headaches as their body chemistry has been altered. but i think people can inherit a tendency to suffer migraines from parents, if not genetically, then psychologically, like a learned behavior.

Yes, it may well be that some people do inherit a tendency to suffer migraines. However, I have not seen this in my work.
I have scanned many families over the years and I have never seen such a trend with any health problem. As I constantly say, every brain is unique and therefore it needs to be scanned in order to know exactly what is going on within.

I started having headaches when I was about 8 years old (I’m 30 now) and up until the age of 24 I just thought it was a curse and there was nothing I could do about it. I had a headache at least 6 days a week! Every day of my life. Then I learned that it was ALL food related! What this doctor says is true. I wish more people knew about this but as he says, the drug companies don’t make money off of telling you it’s food related.
