This looks an intensely laborous project when you could have come up with the same result instantaneously by just putting everything in the vita mix ( the vita mix will puree a block of wood essentially), the process you are doing here is essentially tincturing, which is basically unnecessary for this recipe—
this could be instantly ready with the method I propose:
you could additionally throw some rosemary, thyme and sage in there as well
I wonder if this would help with skin problems. We all should be thankful that he put this video up. Couple Questions:
~Do the ingredients need to be organic?
~If you can’t afford/don’t have the press, how should you do that step?
~How do you get the dark glass containers? I also am having a hard time finding the gallon glass container.
~Cayenne pepper powder-can I use it?
I take an herb to speed up the kidneys and liver plus an herb to dry the sinuses.
Beat any so called cold in one day.
Side effects = can’t have a soar throat, ear ache, or tooth ache.
The vinegar should not be given to over weight people because the candida yeast. Unless the rest of the indgrediants kill the yeast.
The yeast causes them to gain weight.
I will share my knowledge with anyone who ask.
Hello HealthyHerbalist:
Thank you for the excellent video. Using gloves for mass grating is such a smart idea. I have grated my nail off b4. I also like the cutting board as a funnel.
Very helpful to learn your methods!
Would you let us know what your press and the filter set up is called.and where we could get one? I have had a challenge pressing large amounts of herbs I have steeped and this set up seems much tidier and easy.
And please: More healthful instructional videos!
Great stuff, great recipe.
Most of these ingredients I eat daily, no wonder I’m so healthy! still got to make this scrummy tonic though.
Narure knows best!
If I can only find a 1/2 gallon jar, it’d be ok to just divide the amounts by half, right? Also, is plastic lid ok, or could there be adverse affects (since plastic does have negatives to it)?

Candida has to have acid to live.
An alkaline body can’t hardly catch a cold or candida or cancer
It is all about the diet. and the things you drink

Apple Cider Vinegar is $1.69 at your local supermarket.
The organic is $5-6. Pretty damn cheap considering how useful it is and how far it goes. Very little is needed.
Thanks hottie.
