no dear my weight is normal
but if one is overweight or underweight
he/she should give it a try
one should eat proper diet to
reduce weight!

I want to lose 10 kgs in two months . Is it possible to lose 10 kgs in 2 months by doing kapalbhati for 2hours daily .
