I am ready to add foods to my Candida Diet. Which foods should I add first? My doctor said that I need to take out the foods that I react to? What would a reaction be?

Try wheatgrass juice. Lowers ph and help with oxygen in the blood by increasing red blood cells.

. Although I do not think that the supplements that I used also enabled me to heal, I struggled for a year of chronic yeast infections that I was constantly prescribed Diflucan for. I was to the point of taking 150 MG of DIFLUCAN every other day and could have potentially damaged my liver. Thank you for your product.

You must take the acidophulus for the 10 days right after you finish the oxy. This is very important.

@1218tjiayi You are mostly correct. When the organism is bonbarded with excess oxygen via the bloodstream it overpowers the metabolism of the organism and destroys it. After 25 + years we know this process works very well. Thanks for your comment.

Sorry Dr. Whiting, but this does not make sense to me. As are all other yeasts, Candida is both aerobic and anaerobic. Yeasts thrive in both the absence and presence of oxygen. In fact, by supplying oxygen to candida, you will only proliferate the condition because it’s aerobic respiration cycle produces way more energy.

if u pit yr saliva in a glass of water and it sinks or strings form then you have candida overgrowth.. if it floats and doesnt change for 1 hr then ur clear..

Im a guy and i had one two weeks ago and ive been using topical ketokanozol it cured it for about 10 days and now its coming back while im still on the ketokanozol. This is about the 10 one ive had PLEASE HELP!!! also ive been on antibiotics for acne for about 1.5 years, and taking acidopholus daily. Any ideas ?

I have very good results by putting my patients on a low carbohydrate diet, with sources of live probiotic bacteria that can outcompete the candida including miso, blue cheese, kefir, full fat plain yogurt, sauerkraut, olives, live pickles and the like. I also use the herb marshmallow to soothe and heal the GI tract.

I used your oxy flush program 2 years ago and had great result, ie thinking clear again and feeling healthy and now my symtoms seem to be returning. What should I do for maintainence, please reply soon.
