doing a enema everyday is fine. as far as hurting your organs that is not true. i have my blood work done regularly and my kidneys and liver and other organs are just fine. you just have to be careful of hemmoroids forming from pushing so much. that can be treated with wet wipes and hemmoroid cream.

I agree with the previous commenter about the good bacteria imbalance.
From what I’ve read, 14 days in a row shouldn’t be exceeded. After that point you run the risk of depleting the minerals stored in the organs. If you are in good health you don’t need it this frequently. Colonic hydrotherapy will be enough.
Also, if you aren’t on a 100% raw diet then your body isn’t detoxing fast enough to even need constant enemas.

she said once a year. that seems like not very useful at all to me. I would think if you’re preparing to do a full cleanse you’d do it like either 3 times in one day or once for 3 days straight. I can’t imagine that one enema is going to do the job that took years to build up. what do you think?
